I have a re-occurring a dream,
A great big fierce crocodile jumps up and grabs me.
It’s a big and frightening crocodile,
In my dream I am just a child.
The crocodile jumps up and grabs me and holds me in its mighty snout,
Help me God please help me,
It’s shaking me about.
I am beyond frightened.
I’m screaming for my mum,
but she lives very far away,
I know that she won’t come.
There is a young man menacingly watching me,
I so hate what he does to me,
I’m terrified and so ashamed,
He doesn’t even say my name.
My best dress is torn beyond repair,
I’m alone and filled with fear.
I am just a child satisfying their wicked needs,
I’m beyond frightened my soul bleeds.
My body is torn beyond repair.
My life is filled with shame and fear.
