My arm has been hurting me all day, and now it feels as though it is on fire. I am taking paracetamol, but it doesn’t really give me much relief. I go to bed in pain, and I wake up in pain. Last night I fell asleep on the toilet and woke up suddenly and wondered where I was.
I stood up and fell over in the bathroom with no apparent injuries. I did sleep better last night. I woke up bright and early this morning and took the boys swimming. There were loads of people there on the running machines. I couldn’t help but think, that paying to run on machines would be a huge waste of money.
I would much rather be walking along the beach. There is so much to see the beautiful wild flowers and people eating delicious ice cream. Surely, that would be much better exercise, and a lot more therapeutic then sitting in a leisure centre.
The boys had their hair cut and I can’t really tell them apart now. We bought sandwiches and had a small picnic. I ate a whole pallet of strawberries and the boys enjoyed their treats to. We went shopping for our weekly food, the boys and I took turns pullin the trolley. It is times like this that I wish I drove, but it is probably healthier pulling a loaded trolley up the hill then sitting in a car.
When we got home the boys had burger and chips for tea and I had a chicken curry. Georgina didn’t turn up today and Hayley rang, over 100 times. After we were all done eating, the sitting room looked like an explosion went off. I might tidy up before I go to bed, then again I might not.
I like having choices, it won’t make me a better or worse person and it certainly won’t cause the children any harm and of course it will still be there in the morning. I would dearly love for the house to be tidy, it is just one of my setbacks. I always think that people with very tidy houses are quite misreable people. They become obsessed with cleaning and they don’t see the beauty that sorrounds them. My motto is “There is more to life then cleaning” beautiful flowers, art, bird singing, juicy gossip, charity shops, wonderful interesting people, a good book or film. That is my world.
