Xmas has been good. It was quiet, and I enjoyed every minute of it, despite not seeing any of my family. Hayley and the children rang, it was good to hear from them. Albert was excited as he told me about his xmas presents, Elizabeth is much older and grown up compared to him. I was disappointed not to hear from Mackenzie and Oakley. I had a strong feeling I wouldn’t get a card or a message from them but it would have made my day if I had. I went to the children’s services offices in Newport but they were closed due to the virus. I took their cards and xmas goodies to their collage, Ms Campbell assured me she would get it to them them. I rang the foster carer to see how my grandsons were and to wish them a merry xmas, he did not answer the phone. I knew he wouldn’t speak to me. He wants the boys all to himself .He probably thinks that its ok to groom them. The police and social workers turn a blind eye and tell me not to talk nonsense. I know my grandchildren will be thinking about me, just as I am thinking about them. I hope that I will see them again one day , because hope is all I have right now. by Dorthy Maude my life.
