Dec 16
Looking down from Jacobs’ladder,
The sheer hight makes me shudder,
Long at first light,
The ocean sleep,
As I sit and quietly weep.
The vastness of the ocean leaves me breathless,
Awakes my soul too,
The ghost of my dear muma,
Walking towards me with her bare feet,
The night gives birth to the dawn,
I’m no longer forlorn,
Instead I’m mesmerized by the beauty of the Atlantic ocean.
